Here’s the vegan version I wrote after getting frustrated with versions that seemed to either have raw/heated egg in for no reason, or stupid health substitutions like xylitol instead of sugar. It’s no bake, but you need to heat up the chocolate and butter.

Here’s the original version the place in Canada they come from has on their town’s website (it’s prob the only famous thing they’ve got), it has semi-cooked egg in the base, and is in N American cups though

Bit hairy in Manchester tonight, a few friends affected by the storm/flooding, including the pals that Tilly is looking after, who’s flat is completely fucked. Got to go back home to check if the basement is flooded out. This year really is the fucking pits.

having one of those days where i am just a bit fed up of my body and it’s quest to kill me from the inside out. pain levels are through the roof and i feel like i could sleep for a week, but this weather means i won’t sleep for fucking ages. it isn’t doing anything for my condition/s, either.
health is just generally really bad atm, waiting on test results and it’s two weeks before my next appointment anywhere. covered in loads and loads of new bruises and weird rashes and have nobody to moan to about anything :thumbsup:

Basically spritz them with water rather than water them. They don’t mind being not watered, but if they’re too damp, the roots go mouldy and they die.

If you think yours are overwatered, and they’re still in a plastic pot inside the container, put the plastic pot on a wad of kitchen paper overnight, and it will help soak it up.

That diagram’s for a thing I was writing about repotting succulents in closed pots. Basically you put a layer of pebbles in the bottom for drainage, then a layer of activated charcoal to stop fungus and mould growing on the roots, then special cactus soil which is loose and mixed with sand, and then another layer of pebbles on top. That makes sure there are no damp bits lurking inside.
