We’ve been playing pretty well for the last couple of months really, just haven’t been that good at scoring goals which is a shame when you consider that that’s the point of the game.

Think Liverpool and Chelsea’s lack of midweek games is gonna be a real boost post-xmas and they’ll both pull away a bit. Coin toss between the two of them tbh.

The diffetence between Hull and United is insane. Martial, Pogba, Luke Shaw, Bailly, Mkhitaryan - all cost more than Hull’s current starting eleven put together.

Quite happy to be in the semi-final though. We might be a total fucking shambles off the pitch but at least the players are trying to do what they can with the limited quality they’ve got. Last night was the sixth time this season Hull have managed to come back from losing positions to get something, which is the sliver of hope!

Southampton seem like the archetypal ‘deserve a cup’ team. Well run, good defense, just lack the cutting edge and financial clout to push further up the league. But always pull out 2 or 3 absolute masterclasses against the big teams each year to remind us of how good they can be. Put them in the right order and they could win it.
