I’m getting mine done once a month atm but it looks mad after a couple of weeks and I don’t really know how to groom it. Last time I tried the whole thing had to come off and I don’t want to do that, I look like Slurms Mackenzie without it.

Do they do courses on how to be a modern man?

Morning!

I have some friends going on that cruise, and another friend who’ll be working on it too. What a small world (given how niche a B&S cruise actually is).

Anyway, today might be my Wednesday? I’m WFH / half day on Thursday, so tomorrow is my last day in the office for the week. Nothing exceptional to note today, except to say how much I enjoyed listening to Nina Simone on my drive in. I forgot how much I love Nina Simone - so much so I named my cat after her (well, her and Nina from the Cardigans). I should listen to her more.

It reflects quite accurately on me to be honest.

The results aren’t bad but they aren’t really going to impress anyone. They like keeping me around because I’m good at Guidance and hanging onto more vulnerable students but I haven’t even done that bit all that well this year.

Most of the fails are students who utterly tanked the exam or who had significant reasons why they might not pass.

It’ll be fine; I’m just a bit disappointed.
