It fits in very well with Kaputt and ken I think, they’re like a steadily increasing trilogy of creepiness. I LOVE ‘Cue Synthesizer’ so much. Dat bassline!

They are touring this year, saw a Spanish date announced. Will definitely go and see them, he was similarly dismissive in Dublin on the ken tour. He probably hated me singing along!

oh god he really must have spent a long time playing the worst shows to have ended up like that on stage but I love it. The band are majestic which really helps it along!

Didn’t know other people were aware of CharlieHR. Godsend for when you’re sick/need a sickie and it gets automatically approved without having to call anyone etc.

Another god level tip is putting in multiple holidays at once, often they’ll just see/approve the first one but if you’ve put another one a few days later they’ll just embarrassingly approve it days later when you’re already sunning yourself on a drizzly cliff in south wales, coconut in hand

I think he was always a curmudgeon, he doesn’t exactly come across as liking people. The band are amazing, hearing those horns being played in the Barcelona sunshine a few years back is still a highlight of my gig-going life.

Haha! I loved that bit. The Hornes became some of my favourites by the end.

I moved house today. This one has no items inside it so it echos a lot. Also has a lot of wood so it feels like a sauna without the hot. I need a rug. oh and a bed.

I am in the minority in that I loved season 2 (apart from the storyline that shall not be named). Not just for the end of it either, it benefited from a good sprawl! Not seen the new ones yet but we will…

There are times when I’m typing and I’m thinking something else that I get really paranoid that I’ve typed some tinfoil nuttery or general mind blah into a transcript for a client and I have to check that I haven’t. Hideous. Also, that I’ve not copy-pasted something from here into a surveyors’ report or something.

I loved season two as well. Was very surprised after hearing all the talk about it but it was a pleasant surprise.
