Had some fish cakes for tea which I enhanced with a sachet of M&S hollandaise that was lurking at the back of the fridge since Christmas.

Other than that I’ve got a shit cough that’s pissing me off.

Going to enjoy an evening of Slay the Spire to which I have recently become addicted.

Did anyone else see Al Pacino on The One Show and think he seemed a bit out of it?

We’ve got that series linked at the moment. midway through series 2, from memory.

I won it from @friendofthenight in the raffle. There are an intimidating amount of discs.

I’ve got pizza ordered. I managed to fix the table football with some heavy duty black tape and a bit of bodging, so that’ll be okay for now. And it wasn’t a high end one or anything. Just feel like I’m falling apart a little bit if that makes sense? Keep losing / breaking / forgetting stuff :frowning:

Eyup. Comparatively not so bad day today by recent standards, but still had to deal with plenty of tantrums and my parenting being undermined by all requests I made to family being continually ignored.

Got excellent post from @anon19035908 though which brightened things

Tonight I plan to:
-choose and start a new book (thinking Yiddish Policemen’s Union, might change my mind
-research a replacement scooter for R after his broke earlier
-think of something to play for dinner tomorrow as I will be eating solo so can pick with no concerns
-become Champion of the Galar region, finally.

I am disproportionately obsessed with them, but they do make some lovely combinations.

Woah, just realised that this is on the actual telly. I now just need to persuade my wife that she really doesn’t need to watch Midsummer Murders…

Passed an exam I’ve been working towards for the best part of two years today. I am stoked. Gonna be weird not studying between 9 and 11 tonight.

I shall be eating pizza and listening to the sensational new destroyer record if anyone wants me
