i’ve always bought my nephews really annoying and noisy presents, like kazoos and mini kids accordions. but this is because i’m childish and like to noise up my bro and sis in law.

Not feeling this week so far, not feeling it at all.

Why does a simple task like buying party supplies make me so anxious? (It’s not for a party I’m hosting) really worried I will get the wrong thing/won’t get the right thing and at the same time annoyed I’m involved at all tbh.

Freezing the rest of the cheesey leftovers so dinner is a blank canvas tonight. Maybe I can cheer myself up with a really delicious dinner idea.

I’m nothing if not childish, so I’ll definitely be getting some annoying gifts in the future. He’s like, 3 days old though at the moment, doubt he could clutch even a My First Drum Kit drum stick.

Now me: wife started a course last night so had the night to myself. Fucked it by taking too long to clean dinner up, then by fucking my podcast recording, meaning I sat down to sip a tea and fell asleep.

My wife left her keys at home last night so just before she came home I unlocked the door and put the outside light on. Two minutes later the door opened and I herd the dog bark so I went into the hall to find a strange man in the house. Turned out he was a doctor who was looking for the guy two doors down (someone who has serious health issues) and was very apologetic. Haha.

Going to the library this morning. Seems like a good idea. Suriraed there aren’t mode trees felled by the storm last night mind.

Our village has one. I can’t really believe it does and it is super sma but by christ it is nice.

Feels what I imagine a church feels like. I, as an atheist, have never been in a church of course for fear of being struck down by God herself.
