Good morning, woke up about 5 times last night so I’m very tired, still managed to get up early to run which was good. The dream is to wake up early enough for a sunrise walk but I sleep too late for that

I knew I wouldn’t be very good at not being here but I’m making some enquiries about mentoring black people who want to be teachers today to make up for it.

The Child appears to have reacted badly to some Disney Princess shower gel which meant we got no sleep as she scratched constantly through the night. She’s already taken steps towards black empowerment by kicking me out of my bed and making me sleep on the floor. She also found the cupboard containing her birthday presents.
