I have ridden my nice new bike to work; gonna do some Regents Park laps later.
Other than that, nothing to report. I worked out how to make fizzy water come out of the taps earlier, that was nice.

Fucking hell. Feeling a bit mentally fragile today for no good reason. Had to pull over on the way to work to have a quiet word with myself/calm down and very nearly turned the car around to go home.
But I didn’t and now I’m here. Going to hide in my office all day, I think.

I had train rage this morning as some idiot was pushing against me on the platform and making me very nervous as I was on the edge. I kept pushing back to get him to move but he wouldn’t budge at all. In the end I took my backpack off in a huge huff and aggressive way. and guess what, he still didnt get the picture so I had to move to the side to stop having a panic attack about being on the edge of the platform.
