Evening all!

I’ve done near enough fuck all work today, then came home and made lentil curry. Wor Lass and The Child returned to find tea on the table so I’m clearly a domestic goddess.

:+1: One of my favourite things to do when I get in the door is flamboyantly kick my shoes off and leave them in really annoying places because I can. I’m so glad my bf is at the same level of messiness as I am.

Not sure how it would work as an audiobook mind. The story is told in a mixture of diary entries, newspaper articles, crime reports and interviews.

The bits of R’s birthday which didn’t involve his dad were very nice, the bits that did not so good. The cake went down very well, though sorry @Unlucky it didn’t get much messier than this:

Bailed on the street party planning meeting as being a proactive person who does stuff to help his neighbourhood is clearly beyond me

Thought about trying to find a ticket for the belly gig, but an ex is going to be there and the thought of bumping into her does not appeal so, no

Watching TV instead - had scamp,chips and beans for tea.
