my brain is a bit fried this week because i’m being trained to do a different job (i haven’t got a new job as such, i’m just going to be doing 2 separate jobs from now on [on different days, not at the same time]). today i took my first call where i actually knew how to handle it on my own. also took several that i had no idea what to do with but let’s skim over that
