Making up the nut roast for Christmas day. Likely to just graze from the fridge and not have a real meal today
Going to make a baked potato with all the cheese I can justify. Having it with vegan butter like a hypocrite.
Have been nursing a mac and cheese craving for a little while now.
I think today might be the day I satisfy my craving.
Obviously going to have garlic bread with it.
Veg side?

Garlic-y spinach imo
Not a big spinach fan. Will eat it in a curry or raw but not keen on it.
Bitter.
Putting garlic with anything makes it sound appealing though.
I would be too if I didn’t like spinach
Cauliflower and kale
More yule log.
Did you make it?
No I bought it from a vegan market.
I’m in full on graze mode. Got some cheestrings in the fridge that I’ll be putting out their misery shortly.
I’m going to be enjoying a cheese based macaroni dish, famously known as macaroni cheese. I imagine a selection of green veg, such as peas, beans and maybe even a sprout of 5 will accompany this cheese based macaroni dish, famously known as macaroni cheese.
Microwave with mousse for 30secs
Might get a pret sanger for the train.
Butternut squash soup for lunch. Maybe cheesy toast on the side.
No dinner plans just yet
Mum just asked me if I wanted to make mince pies later and I said no coz the only reason she’s doing it is because she didn’t think mine that I made and showed her in a pic looked very good so it’ll be her mumsplaining how to do it ‘her way’.

Think we’ve got some kind of chickpea-based roast thing which sounds nice, but likely with mash because of logistics. Obviously roast potatoes would be better. Meh.
Alternatively: Set up a hilarious Xmas film plot and criticise everything about her method, even if it’s the same as yours and especially if it yields similar or better results.
If hers are worse, offer to look round some supported accommodation with her in the new year.
