Hi DiS

Been out for the first proper time since before lockdown started. Collected my prescription, didn’t have a panic attack, so that’s alright I guess. Everywhere stinks though because heat + a whole lot of dumped rubbish which hasn’t been collected for who knows how long.

Not sure what to do with the day. It’s a bit hot already, isn’t it.

I went for a bike ride this morning. Like a massive 6 mile loop.

Fitness has dropped massively (well duh!) and haven’t been able to run. This gets me up a couple of hills at least. Maybe I’ll build up to double figures.
