Let’s have a go:

Radiohead - Kid A
Deftones - White Pony
Dandy Warhols - Come Down and 13 Tales
Rival Schools - United By Fate
Interpol - TotBL
MBV - Loveless
The Music - The Music (oh yes)

[2004 MINUS 1 year to account for DiS people getting into the album pre-popular acclaim]

This thread is so much better than I was expecting - #goodcontent

Here we go!

  • Young Knives - She’s attracted to
  • The Whip - Trash
  • The Strokes - Heart In A Cage
  • Black Kids - I’m Not Gonna Teach Your Boyfriend How To Dance With You
  • Panic! At The Disco - that one about not closing the door and the bridesgroom is a whore.

Close! I’m aught-three as well.

Ha! Stick to the formula @profk

I’m absolutely certain this is a 2010 graduation.

So following leads from my picks earlier on I’ve discovered two things. The first is that bands in the early nineties really loved doing their videos in fields and the second is this, which I think is possibly the most banal news story I’ve ever read:

Poor Rowetta. Girl can never catch a break.

and I’m so sure about it that I’m going to have a pop at the city the university is in too.

Its Leeds.

Merriweather Post Pavilion, Wolfgang Amadeus Phoenix, the first Vampire Weekend and Odd Blood by Yeasayer all bring back uni memories for me. probably cos they’re the ones i haven’t heard much since then.

2012, like me.

Sex on fucking Fire, Hot N’ fucking Cold and Mr fucking Brightside

*2011
