My wife was in labour for so long with our first kid that got left in a dark room with a bath for several limbo hours when she’s been turfed from the bed she’d been in for induction but the delivery ward wouldn’t take us, while she kneeled facing down in the tepid bath and I uselessly rubbed her back soundtracked by the greatest hits of Roy Orbison. To this day he still takes us back to that room when we hear him.
