I’m thinking of getting into virtual music arranging software, and was wondering what programs people recommend? I’ve heard of BIAB and Bandora and was hoping for some thoughts.
Have you tried Scan Score?

I think Scanscore 2 is out now. Not heard much about it though.
I have scanscore, haven’t tried scanscore 2. However, that is for scanning in pieces you already have printed out, not for creating/arranging scores.
