I take some Omega 3 but I can’t do it too often cos every time I burp it tastes like tuna, and there’s nothing more concerting than burping tuna when you haven’t eaten tuna.

It’s all a big con apart from vitamin D for most folks and then some others for pregnancy.

I still have Centrum though because they taste nice and it’s like eating a sweetie
I take magnesium whenever I can remember because of restless legs. Should also be taking iron, vitamins b and d as I tend to be a bit short on those. All scandis should take vitamin d through the winter months (nov—march) tbh.
