If you can call that living

I’ve never felt so alive!

Been trying to switch to Firefox everywhere to stop being spied on by big G but so many sites work terribly in Firefox on mobile, including DiS. But then I started using chrome again and it does really annoying things like this tabs groups bollocks, I just want to open tabs maaaaaan

It really makes it easier to close multiple popups when trying to access anime on websites with ads asking you to meet hot grannies in your area or tell you that you’ve won an amazon gift card

Hate 'em.
Don’t know what they offer that the multiple tabs didn’t.
Don’t know why sometimes something will open in the same tab, sometimes a new tab, sometimes a new group. No logic to it.
Fuck whoever did this.

Wow

I always try the legal route but sometimes watchanimeonline.ru or whatever works best
:warning: no idea where that link leads to click at your own risk

I know, right? That’s hugely irresponsible at their age during a pandemic.

Instantly switched this off :+1:

It hasn’t arrived on my chrome yet but how do you switch it off?

Power button, usually on the side of the phone

Go to chrome://flags/ search for ‘tab group’ and disable all of the options. Don’t change any other settings while you’re there though…

Mine aren’t appearing anymore, didn’t knowingly turn them off either

IS TONTY BLAIR RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS

Not on penoidandroidbook

It’s here on my new phone Chrome.

I see, so a link you take from within a Web page opens in a sub tab at the bottom while main tabs stay separate. Interesting. Not sure.

I don’t like it, Theo but I also don’t want to be resistant to change so it has put me in an awkward position.

I know what you mean. It’s hard to make sense of but I am going to give it a chance

I’m still not used to it. There’s no desktop equivalent to this behaviour so I think that’s why it keeps doing my nut in.
