Hello all. I need to buy my nan a present for her 90th birthday. Ideas please. Taking her and my mum for a meal Sunday but haven’t got a tangible thing - other than the standard flowers and card and choccies - to hand over. Completely stumbled. She has plenty of tat.

Just got home after being in Wetherspoons since 3pm. Pizza in the oven. There’s an IPA in the fridge. I’m not working tomorrow. Or on Friday. Fuck it. Another beer, why not? Why was I in the pub at 3pm? It’s a long and not very pleasant story. It was a sort of celebration. A thank you drinks to the friends I was with. A much needed end to an ordeal. But I need another drink. Back to work on Monday starting afresh.
