Sometimes the process of looking for a new job/ finding a suitable job is enough to make to feel better about what you’re doing.

The relief that I could quit if I wanted has got me through a few very rocky patches.

I made a griddled lamb and vegetable thing with pitta bread and tzaziki from my Nigel Slater book. It was well tasty and it’s great eating what is effectively a kebab with no guilt at all.

seems pretty good so far, though I’m not as ecstatic about it as most people seemed to be - I didn’t really enjoy the opening area, the Great Plateau (that tedious old man annoyed me). I’ve only played for about 30 minutes after getting out of there, but it seemed much more fun now
