Last night I grated a load of courgette and carrot, then fried them with chilli and garlic. Waited until it cooled and the squeezed out all the liquid. Put two eggs into it and broke up a packet of feta in it some pine nuts too. Wrapped it in puff pastry and egg washed that. Baked it. It was proper fucking great.

Just had a massive nap after an anxiety attack and had a big old dream about how incompetent and horrible I am. Then the bit where I woke up from the dream I was in Milton Keynes, so it ended badly too.
When i worked in a deli, pastrami was by far my favourite meat to cut in the slicing machine.
Now I’m even more confused
I don’t think I have ever seen unsliced pastrami before.
