Just want to say that obviously people can choose to go out of their way to stop kids attending their wedding/not invite kids, and that is their call and fine!
But I would definitely judge people poorly for that and for making life difficult for me, as a parent. And that is also fine!
See, isn’t everything fine!

He’ll only say he’s going to invite us and then won’t so don’t get your hopes up!

Completely hypothetical, of course!

Idk. My friends arent accessories, they are my friends. Dictating anything about their appearance just seems totally weird and off to me.

And against all my expectations, I actually had a wonderful time.

I’ll be disappointed if someone doesn’t jump into the grave after me, howling at the cursed earth for taking me away.

No thats absolutely fair enough, from an aesthetic photogrpahy side i can see why a glaringly unnatural colour could alter photos but if its part of that person’s identity and what makes them feel good then they can have antlers on and its ok

I’ll say it again: whom amongst you

Very sweet (and sexy) to be your +1

I can imagine that if you’ve got a friend who has a different hair colour every month it might be ok to float the idea that they might want to pick a particular colour for that month, if you think they might be enthusiastic about the idea. It sounds like that’s the kind of thing you meant. Not cool in general though

Our wedding was alright. Not pressuring people into doing stuff is defo the way to go and I recommend not having a best man. Some people did things off their own back which was nice and meant more than being part of enforced duties.

I just don’t get why people care about this. Thw joy of looking at your photos after is seeing the people you love and care about there with you on the day, looking happy and having a great time. I couldn’t give less of a crap that someone’s pink dress clashes with someone’s red trousers or whatever (seriously, who even notices stuff like this?!)
And in reality, how often do people actually look at their wedding pictures after?

what have you just spent the last hour doing?

Been thinking about seating arrangements for this. So far, I’ve got:
Top table
Compulsive pollsters
Bike wankers
Emo revivalists
Beer wankers
People who want to argue with @AQOS about films

But there’s bound to be others.
