Ate loads today so dinner has only just gone in the oven. Unheard of. Maple mustard chicken with garlic butter roasted new potatoes and peas, some more US Office and a wine or two I think.

I’ve had a few out of hours work calls tonight which usually doesn’t happpen.
Typically on a night when I was making homemade shepherds pie.
Still came out good though, if a bit large.
