Bought a reduced “ginger and toffee pudding” wherever the fuck that is. Enough to feed to 2 with leftovers but considering eating it all before wife gets home and never telling her it existed.

Had some pasta for dinner.

Might work on a tune in a bit - I recorded the sound of the rain and the birds in the woods behind where I work which I’m going to try and mix in somehow.

My toolbox of a mate was meant to meet me at seven to talk about finances for promoting bands we’re involved with and he’s bailed without messaging me back. Bit annoyed.

Listening to Boners of the Heart, having a beer and will be heading to Tezzers soon to buy two (2!) more beers and then I’m heading to the TV’s house to have dinner and chill the fuck out.

2 hours to go on a 5 hour coach trip and the air con is on and it’s really cold. Dinner was a misery ‘bos wrap.

On the plus side I get to see the TV this evening eventually and I’m really looking forward to it as I felt like shit last time I saw her.

Finished ‘In the Miso Soup’ there. Not really sure what to make of it. Have got a few Kobo Abe books, a history of the battle of Stalingrad and some Kafka to choose between next. Unsure what to choose. Otherwise prepping for an essay for next month. Mildly terrified at how much I have to do between now and the end of the month but sure, it’s all a bit of craic i suppose??

Oh and for an update on my morning daily thread post…

Yellow dress smashed it, 4 Yr old asked ‘what are you wearing?’ but in wonderment more than disgust.

And didn’t cry, prob will do tomorrow as is last day with current class and TA and I am feeling V sad about it…
