It seems I averted my office being burgled tonight. I was alone until 8:30 and the alarm wouldn’t set, found one if the sensors on the loading bay was dislodged. I fixed that and locked up to see a suspicious car with four youths in our car park.

Phoned my boss gave him the reg plate and he called 999 and left . Seems my hunch was right and they were tooled up.

Back from a day of protesting, book shopping, gig going and dancing too. I’m am the most tired I have been in yonks so I’m sitting on the floor of my room in my boxers drinking beer and listening to traditional Irish music. I should really go to bed.

The best thing for a sprain is icing it plus keeping the ankle elevated.

Yeah, by ‘medical help’ I meant seeing the nurse at by GP practice or going to a walk in centre, not a&e or anything. I’ve been doing (a bowl of) RICE therapy for almost two weeks and it’s still super painful and swollen : /
