Please tell me the circumstances under which I should seek medical help for a sprained ankle.
Should probably specify that I mean an ankle that was sprained nearly two weeks ago.
I’m sad that I’m moving so I won’t see this Pickle much anymore either (even if she does flare up my allergies and scratch my face) - is yours a friends cat then?
Back from a day of protesting, book shopping, gig going and dancing too. I’m am the most tired I have been in yonks so I’m sitting on the floor of my room in my boxers drinking beer and listening to traditional Irish music. I should really go to bed.
The best thing for a sprain is icing it plus keeping the ankle elevated.

Yeah, by ‘medical help’ I meant seeing the nurse at by GP practice or going to a walk in centre, not a&e or anything. I’ve been doing (a bowl of) RICE therapy for almost two weeks and it’s still super painful and swollen : /
