I’ve just remembered I’ve got 2 bottles of Nandos marinade that were part of a Christmas present from my sister. Will try those and see. God I miss getting a sneaky Greggs every time I left the house.

It’s absolute dogshite. Trust me. I thought the same thing as you. Huge glitzy cast, big budget should be fun at least. It’s not. It’s terrible. I’ve watched the Finney one in the last year and it’s so much better.

He should be cancelled over how bad it is.

I understand my requirements are quite specific!!!
I want 5m of warm white fairy lights on a clear string with a plug
None of this firefly copper wire shit
No battery powered crap

My latest set is 10m of the copper wire but doesn’t have a warm white setting, only white which against my blue wall is blue!! And blindingly bright!

The original one if from Tin Can Cook by Jack Monroe (which comes heartily recommended by me and @colon_closed_bracket). I can’t find a link online but I’ll post a picture later.

We serve with roasted sweet potato, onion and pepper chunks which are seasoned with paprika.
