I’m with you on this.

Saag Paneer, Some old Daal, rice I made myself and Chicken Jalfrezi, on which I went ‘Desi style’ for a quid (worth it) and keema naan. Very impressed. Also had starters and all that. The starters were also impressive. The lack of poppadoms was less impressive, but don’t be acting like we haven’t got supplies to stick in the microwave on such an occasion. There were two pots of cumin laced yogurt for dipping.
