i am cold (spent 5 hours travelling today and the furthest away i went was 18 miles away ffs). all 3 trains i got were delayed and and one of three buses i got was delayed too. is this the kind of thing people blame on the moon?

here’s a true banality-
for the last week, when I wear my headphones my left ear gets a bit of a sharp pain on the ‘inside’ for a few minutes. I’ve turned the volume way down, and while this helps it still doesn’t get rid of it entirely. Wondering if i’ve done some proper damage or just have an infection or som?

Sometimes get the same with my right. Turning it down or muting doesn’t help so presume it’s just my actual ear that’s sensitive to the pressure
