It’s bloody lovely out tonight lads. A SUP was the very best idea I could have had. Sitting on the sea, with the sun setting, and a beer close by was just what I needed
And then on the drive home, as I went over the hill by the racecourse, the few clouds there were had turned pink, and the sea stretching out reflected the gradient of the sky, and it was truly breathtaking.

Got home eventually. They were quite reluctant to let me leave and I’ve got to go back tomorrow. Just eaten my second meal of the day. Mr Froglet had a vending machine fruit croissant thing for lunch and is now eating an ice cream for dinner, which seems unwise to me but that’s all he says he’s having
My jerk chicken was so spicy I had to gargle with milk afterwards. I’d already drunk a pint of the stuff with the meal

Absolutely wiped after a day on the beach at Caldy island and a short coastal walk, is hard work sitting in the sun.
In bed listening to the waves outside, bit of scrolling and reading before an early night.

Got a bit too far into the White Russians for my own good. Had to use skimmed milk but it did the job
