Morning all
Rubbish weather here in N-U-L but we go on.
Finally got around to booking a video appointment with a Vitality GP (we get it via work) about my quite frankly knackered shoulder, so thats between 10.10 and 10.25.
WFH this morning while mini is at my mum’s, then i’ll head down at lunch time for some lunch with them all and to continue to work from there.
Just had some strawberry jam on toast (which was delightful) and now having a big mug of coffee.

Couple of things I’ve worked on have been announced/released this week with another next week, making me feel less bad about taking time off work at the start of the year.
Poor kiddo has a bad cough and conjunctivitis so is fully overwhelmed with phlegm and misc gunk right now.

got some absolutely cracking feedback about a session I gave yesterday - ‘ You are clearly a natural for delivering these types of sessions, The teams were honestly full of praise and loved all the tips and idea’s that they’ve now been given to promote all the good work happening at local level. If you don’t mind, I bare you mind for future workstreams in your area of expertise, as you had so much to share and proved to be of great value to the team’

it’s raining pretty heavy so my dog needs to wear his wee yellow raincoat and he looks adorable in it
was chewing gum the other night and chomped right into the inside of my mouth, the wound is just starting to turn into a really stingy ulcer which I know is only gonna get worse over the next couple of days and not start healing properly till maybe the weekend/start of next week.
