Yeah I get those cravings although it’s sweet stuff for me and I’m a massive biscuit fiend. Best way I found was just not to have that sort of stuff in the house, and if I really really want it I have to go to the shop. That way either I get moving and out of the house or I just don’t snack. Also if I do some exercise in the evening it somehow makes me feel less hungry and crave-y but that might just be me, IDK
