Wednesday thread of the day

Online but basically everyone is still off, received no emails yesterday at all. So it’s looking good for me!

Less good is that my password doesn’t seem to be working for the network so I can’t use several systems I need :upside_down_face:

Was gonna work from home but it turns out 2023 @guntrip left his laptop in his locker. Smooth move, Ferguson.

Morn’.

Dropped toddler off at nursery. She’s moved up to the toddler bit and just waltzed in without giving a shit and then asked to use the toilet. Great work.

Standard Wednesday of work. Gym at lunch. Gnocci for tea, reading a chunk of my book tonight. Going to start skate lessons so will book my first one for next week, I think. Yes I am a 38 year old woman and I don’t give a shit, I can’t wait :skateboard:

But of course!

Read a chapter of a book last night, couldn’t keep my eyes open and fell asleep. I spent most of my non-working time yesterday looking up desks. Today I might look at chairs, or perhaps a footstool.

Can hear the horrific weather from here really don’t want to get up and open the blinds

Dry January Day 3 : Literally never felt worse.

Yep, moved to Edinburgh this year.

Then I am outraged.

Morning everyone, finally going to see Wonka today. Fucking Odeon website is absolutely trash.

I

I have fond memories of getting the ferry over from Lymington to Yarmouth, then walking in a triangle to the Needles and then to Freshwater Bay and having lunch or a drink at the hotel on the bay there  the walk back to Yarmouth didn’t go through Freshwater I think but was probably quite close.

ahh, a classic of the genre. yeah you’d have skirted freshwater but not gone into the village itself.

that hotel has been shut for years but some upmarket company is currently in the process of renovating it. i really hope whatever catering they have there is open for non-residents because it’s such a great spot.

Next door were putting up shelves or something earlier, woke me up. Now there’s a load of workmen outside my bedroom replacing a street light. I haven’t finished sleeping please go away!

Was late starting work cause someone came round to fix our washer dryer at 8.30, now I’m here and it turns out there’s fuck all to do anyway.

Bad sleep, still not super well

Hitting another record shop today, maybe a cinema trip, definitely tidying up a bit
