Basically this person kept telling me (in a shared activity that they organise) how I should be doing something in a particular way and I eventually told them quite forcefully to stop telling me what to do. They didn’t like it and are now asking passively aggressively ‘if I want to make a decision whether to continue’.

Well I’m truth I don’t want to continue anyway for a number of reasons. They’ve written such a long email to me I can tell they’ve put a lot of effort into it and are expecting quite a big reaction from me.

I think the only thing I can do is reply ‘no I don’t want to continue’ and will leave it at that. Will probably drive them mad.

If you don’t want to continue then yes, it sounds like the way to definitely avoid stress! if it were me I’d probably just send a really nice email back and then sit back laugh heartily and feel freeeeeee!!!

Stay safe pervo. There was a huge military presence outside Brussels train station when I was there in October last year so don’t let that perturb you. I’m sure they’ll still be about when you arrive, if not in greater numbers.
