Yes, after the excitement of the international break, the Premiership resumes with the Scouse Derby. Arsenal and Man City take part in the fourth place playoff game tomorrow.

Meanwhile, lovely Juan Mata is out for approx 9 games following a groin op, guaranteeing United’s slip into mid table obscurity beginning with a loss to West Brom this afternoon.

AOB?

I’m going to the New York Stadium where Rotherham might get relegated and Fulham might go 6th (guaranteed home win)

#3

Watching the hype on Sky this week I have decided the the Liverpool derby is the one derby game that no-one else gives a tuppenny stuff about. It rarely has anything riding on it and the same team always wins.

#4

Strong chance of multiple red cards and somebody completely losing their shit, though.

#5

Really annoyed about mata tbh

#6

Yep, he’s been great this season, arguably United’s best player. Massive loss.

#7

We’re fucked.

#8

Gonna be interesting how we line up today*. Pogba, Mata, Smalling and Jones obviously out, possibly Rooney out too, Fellaini might be rushed back. Zlatan and Herrera suspended.

*I say interesting, we’ll be playing 4 full backs, 3 central defenders, Fellaini, Mkitaryan and Martial or Rashford.

#ARSENAL!
