I think No Scrubs is an outlier here but otherwise I agree. That said, this is better than Hurley and Raditude

Only Happy Together seems to have their own stamp on it, but they were playing that back in 2002.

The rest of those I’ve checked out are really slavish and, like Africa, comprehensively tick off every single part and production idea from the original. Maybe that’s most people’s idea of a good cover?

Don’t think this should really be taken seriously as any kind of artistic effort. It’s clearly been recorded in a week to capitalise on the Africa popularity and drum up publicity for the new one.
