Fuck’s sake, I’ve just bought a load of dresses off the internet and tried them on and because all clothes are designed for people half a foot taller than me they all bunch up at so I look like I’ve got a hunchback. Tried one of them on and the shoulders hovered two inches above my shoulders, and the one I’ve just tried on has a big bump on the lower back that makes it look like I’ve got a little tail. Fuck clothes.

I have this problem too

I used to quite like clothes from collectif until I realised literally ALL the dresses did this! Where have you got your clothes from? Different places? I tend to just buy sacks now so I don’t have to worry so much about this problem  Haha!!

Bahaha, I had a guy come fix my oven. He turned it off at the wall and replaced a few bits and bobs and then switched it back on and suddenly there was a weird buzzing noise “Oh, I’m afraid that means your oven is totally broken, you’ll need to replace it” he says. So I walk over, push a button and turn the oven alarm off :joy:

Oasis and Dolly Ps, but I get it with most dresses because the zip is measured for clothes models who I guess are always 5’7 and above (I’m 5’2) so it bunches at the back. I’m nearly resigned to getting all my clothes altered because I just look ridiculous. The one with the tail-bump is definitely going back.

I did get a nice pair of spotty trousers from the petite section though :+1:

I’m 5ft 2 as well. I started learning how to sew to do alterations but I haven’t looked at any of my projects in ages!! baah.

Lets see the dotty trews

Ahh they’re nothing special, just suit trousers as I’m off to work in a office for a few weeks from next week, but they fit without dragging on the floor or need rolling up which is a success

Weirdly I think I might have quite long legs (and a very short body) because this doesn’t seem to be a bother for me… well, saying that I do tend to buy leg 30. That’s pretty short isn’t it? Haha!!

Just quit my job!

I live in Essex, very far from Scotland. Scotland seems far more interesting.

Ah whoops. Err I was close? kind of… ish.
