Listened to the second album for the first time since summer when I did listen to it quite a lot, and yeah it’s great isn’t it. Really good band.

Well it’s definitely a satire, it’s whether it’s good or not. I think about half of it is and half of it is “bit much”.

I mean a satire on the whole thing of people saying a Wet Leg song is just this beat and that sound and a bit of innuendo/swearing because they’ve essentially done that to a kids’ song and it’s not great, thus showing they actually have bothered to write good songs of their own. Or something.

Or maybe they’re just doing shit for clicks and don’t care how bad it is.
