Do you have a commute on public transport?

Can I talk about the last few days?

Few Japanese films, video camera and tripod for hobby purposes.

Gonna get some new clothes, might do an ASOS order.

Doubt I’ll buy anything else for a while, I need to stop being such a slutty shopper.

Today I used some vouchers to order A Plague Tale: Innocence for the xbox and some technical trousers for me.

One of these bad boys

is that what you keep turtles in

These

Reptiles but guess turtles are too big, they are just mini indoor green houses, I’ll just have plants in mine

One of these.

It says in the description that they’re for ADVANCED swimmers, so that must be what I am.

(I’m only buying one for myself because the local pool stopped letting you borrow them for free)

because I had a 20% off code and the original 1st Edition adventure it’s based on - The Sinister Secret of Saltmarsh - is an all-time fave I still own. Has been great to read through it all.

I note the Strava says:

The general industry recommendation is to replace shoes between 500 and 800 kilometers to prevent injury.

According to the site I’ve covered 300.8 km in 2019 but in fact that’s based almost entirely on runs I do three times a week. I actually wear these all the time and regularly walk another 3km a day just in the school run and I got them last Oct/Nov so it’s fair to say after a year I’ll have to got past 500 km.

Putting a deposit down in this understairs storage solution. Very exciting

Running shoes are not trainers though. That strava figure is based on the cushioning of the shoe not being as effective for when you’re running. They’ll still be wearable as normal trainers for many years after that.

Also, running is much more wearing on the cushioning than walking, and in different places. I wouldn’t include your walking in the figure.
