What are you having for Sunday Dinner?

Sorry to hear that.
I haven’t been to BI since I was about 17.

Anyone else doing work lunches meal prep?
We’ve made harissa and maple roast vegetable and chicken sausage tray bake. Will cook up some broccoli to go with it, later.

Wasn’t going to but now V had requested a Sunday roast. So there we go. No rest for poor Slicks.

You need to get your family to help out in the kitchen!

That veg looks far too healthy for my liking :wink:
Can only eat cauliflower if its swimming in cheese sauce tbh.

Roasties look banging, mind.
And the chicken, too.

I know. I did. V did the beds and the school shirts. R made the stuffing and they did the table and drinks etc.

It was very nice…

Had loads of arguments with M about cauliflower cheese being a side dish not a main (it’s a side), but yeah the proportion of steamed veg to roasted stuff has severely changed since we hit 40. Still, we have left over veg but not much left over roasties

Made a right mess in me oven

Roasted cauli chunk rolls with BBQ sauce and salad.

Tried putting piri piri salt on one roll but it didn’t really taste of anything except salt.
