Making a massive seitan roast which will last me a week but am also on call so expecting a disaster and having to work so will have emergency pizzas in the freezer.

What’s you Xmas seitan recipe? I tried to make a turkey one the other week and it was pretty bland (so you could say it was just like Turkey aha)

I believe chicken and gammon have both been billed. We’re making to be doing the cauliflower, broccoli and leek cheese. Not sure what else is happening, but it had best include allll the food.

I’m having a Local Indian. Not sure how I feel about it tbh. Been tempted to go and get a Christmas lunch at a restaurant in the next couple of days to make up for it.

There was someone yesterday saying they were having five or six different curries, four of which have been amalgamated over the past four weeks, frozen and ready to go for the big day, with two others being made fresh.

I love bread sauce!
