Aww, I wish I had a dog or could borrow a dog, didn’t realise how many chats with strangers about their adorable dogs while petting the dogs I had until the first lockdown happened and it had to stop

weird. said to mam on zoom just last night that i would KILL for an olympics right now. i focussed on ‘sprint, gymnastics, javelin, high jump’ as my wishlist

Aye dogs are great.
Dog owners are (mostly) a gbol too and even in these times they will smile, say hello and maybe a bit of distanced chat as the dogs scope eachother out.
Reckon having the dog has been a real help for the ol health, mental and physical for me during this past year.
They’re great wee characters too.

I was actually looking forward to it a bit last year because it had some events I was at least vaguely interested in. But I’d take lockdown over having to watch the Olympics in general

My sister got all the Olympics joy in the family. There was a shot of her being very excited in Trafalgar Square when it was announced London was gonna host that was in some paper at the time.
