Constantly. Every now and again would be ok but there’s a few macho types who treat the place like a fucking paintball course. Inevitably people get hit who aren’t involved and there are words exchanged. I just throw all the bullets in the bin. It’s my silent protest hah.

@Richie_Ronco We had nerf guns in our office. One of the interns bought us a gift of 2 full machine gun types as thank you.

One week later, someone had taken them all and thrown them away. Never found out which miserable prick it was!

I honestly don’t mind it occasionally but it’s like everything, some people just can’t leave it alone. I really object to being hit in the head at 9.30 on a Monday morning !

tbf, that isn’t quite right.
I sometimes, on special occasions, answer my phone. Which irks the caller enormously because they will call constantly in the hope it is one of these special occasions, but they, and I, just don’t know if it is going to be one of those #specialtimes! Not answering the phone also annoys the rest of the office, probably.
I blanket out my calendar to “busy” every day, to stop people calling/emailing me, so I can concentrate which irks people a lot as well

So did I! Had to be done.

It was actually quite effective (although I have seen the odd empty coke can and the occasional microwave meal cardboard sleeve in the general bin) as it hardly ever gets full now. Used to fill up in a day easily.

A couple of people make a big show of putting their recycling in the correct bin when I’m in the office. Yes, well done. You walked an extra two paces at a slightly different angle. Great work, mate.
