What does everyone think of the current state of Hip/Hop being the new “Pop”. Especially in comparison to the older generations of rap.

A bit too much hip and not enough hop if you ask me

Obviously I preferred the earlier stuff/liked it before it was cool.

All I know is if you wanna check the pulse of current hip hop the DiS social board is definitely the place to go.

Hip hop is great. Not so keen on Trap (which is what youre alluding to)
