Hey! If you ask me, I’m happy with a Toblerone falling from an overhead aeroplane and smashing through my roof causing extensive, costly damage!

I don’t think this is true, really.

What do they have for Christmas dinner? Poussin au vin or something probably! :joy:

No, you’re right. That would actually be bad. The point is that I really like Toblerone though.

The Polish have carp for Christmas dinner.

An absolute shitload of guitar gear and effects pedals.

Can’t bring myself to ask for any of that though so… couple of bottles of whisky will do nicely.

What’re you after laddo? Think I’d do any number of embarrassing things on ITV for a Jazzmaster at this point.

Everyone in my family likes giving gifts but isn’t too fussed about receiving them, which leads to a weird dance where we suggest things to each other and often end up buying it ourselves and wrapping it, but then asking for a contribution to say that it’s ‘from’ them.

There was a period a couple of years ago where I didn’t really have any new hobbies and before my parents retired where it was really difficult to buy presents for each other, but it’s a bit easier now.

I generally stick a few cycling/running/hockey/DIY bits on my list. This year it’s new pedals and cycling shoes, plus a tri-wetsuit.

I would very much enjoy the majority of those courses (except 3 and 4 and I’d probably do without 6 as well)

Gibson J-45
One of those Epiphone hollow bodied lads
Strymon Blue Sky Reverberator
Rode Condenser mic
Neumann Cardioid mic

We at £3k with that lot yet?

Yeah that’s the dream. That’s the dream.

Obviously I’d make do with a guitar that sounds a) as warm and b) as mournful that costs £1,000 less but does that exist? Does it bollocks.

I’ve had my eye on it for AGES. You can get a little foot stall for it too.

We have the grey version of this, nobody ever sits in it. It’s an expensive dumping ground for bags/coats that only serves to irk me.

I’m sure that is a lovely guitar for the price. I really am. But I’ve played a J-45 now and getting the Epiphone would leave me scratching an itch that could never be relieved, y’know?

And yeah that photo you put up the other day. Now that looked like a fucking sweet guitar alright. I’m happy with the humble ES335/9 for that. Next year it’s achieveable I reckon!

We’ve got one of those.

Buy a few less slices of toast and it’ll be yours in a month!!!11!

My bf has a nice little armchair that we sit in quite a bit to read or do Sudoku so I think i’d use it but I can’t see him getting rid of that arm chair as it matches the sofa. I don’t want “matching”.

He also says this colour is too bright and he thinks it will shock him awake when he has a snooze in it.

WTF is this tho
