It’s Independent Venue Week next week, so let’s all get out and support our local venues.
Here are some recommendations:
Vauxhall are sponsoring me to go on a roadtrip and I’m looking for a few more shows to goto. Currently these are the ones I’m most definitely off to are these.

I figured that if I didn’t stick the ‘O2’ at the front then I would get away with it. But there’s no outsmarting you!
I’ve got a ticket for Steve Mason at the Barbican next Friday, but would rather go to Ramsgate Music Hall to see FEWS. Not because it’s Independent Music Venue Week, I just can’t be arsed to go to the Barbican.

Richard Hawley’s on Parlophone, hardly independent (edit: oh it’s the venue that counts)
Anyway I’ll probably go and see Grimm Grimm in Cafe Oto next Thursday
Then a punk gig with Fex Urbis and Scrap Brain at Vinyl Deptford next Friday

Bristol was the better of the two, but excellent version of lawman in brum & the new songs are shaping up quite nicely
It sold out in minutes.
