Walked past there last night and the building is still there. I remember protests when the owner kicked the Foundry out and was going to develop it or something?
Was a coffee shop last time I checked, I thought.

I walked past there last week but didn’t have a close look. Definitely was a coffee place for a short while a few years ago.
It was going to become a (awful looking) hotel, but that was being scaled back, last I heard.
