different chords for different … needs

all variations of B are the best chords because they don’t sound quite as major or minor as your standard open chords and also you can transition easily from them.

Clearly it’s A minor, open, on a recently tuned acoustic guitar in a room with plenty of natural reverb.

Bloody love A minor, so easy to smash your fingers sideways into E and then back again. Could do that all day. Lovely.

on a different note, are the chords instrument specific? Some chords sound better on certain instruments.
