Nah executing a good onion chop is a great feeling. Haven’t had the need to dice one very fine lately though

The butter or the pepper?

Cabbage

Chopping mushrooms is nice but I’ve sort of given up on it. Just break them apart with my bare hands. Makes me feel like a big strong boy

Pepper

Take the pepper
Run the knife down one ‘side’, starting just to the side of the stem at the top, to the bottom
Repeat on all 4 ‘sides’ so that all is left is the ‘lid’ and a ‘stem’ containing all the seeds and the bottom
Remove the bottom so as to reduce waste, pop to one side
Remove any white pith from within each ‘side’
Slice the 4 sides into strips (optional)
