Always liked Warning. Blood Sex and Booze, Misery and Church on Sunday are three of my favourite green Day tracks

I can’t stand ‘good’ singing 99% of the time. I prefer fewer notes and like it when they don’t hit the ‘right’ ones all the time

Despite me thinking that my musical tastes have got more discerning over time, there is no genre more enjoyable to listen to than the pop punk I enjoyed in my mid teens

Both Use Your Illusion albums are massively superior to Appetite For Destruction, and compiling the best tracks from both creates one of the greatest albums ever, full stop.

Close Calls with Brick Walls by Andrew Wk is one of the most underrated albums of the last 20 years.

Blink 182 - Dude Ranch is a better record than anything by Green Day.

…And Out Come The Wolves is in the top 10 90s albums.

Self Titled + Neighborhoods Deluxe Edition > Blue Album + Pinkerton

I prefer Let’s Go. It is also better than at least two Clash albums.

there’s absolute nothing wrong with fade outs, and everyone just says they hate them because they all think they’re really clever every time they say “just write an ending!!!”

conflicted on this one, partly cause the technique of fading a song out as it’s just getting ramped up is both kinda annoying and also, let’s face it, effin brills
