I can’t give a percentage answer but I’m trying to sort out poor quality barcodes at my hospital department. Sounds banal but they can cause literally hours of delays to patients. Unless you work within The NHS you have no idea of the huge bureaucracy you face for something that seems so small. I’m an unhappy BMS1.
